Security

OptiMargin is light years ahead of other software companies in that we obsessively abstain from customer data. We have a strict non-custodianship policy.

WE DO NOT KEEP, STORE, OR ACCESS YOUR DATA.

We build a container

A virtualized machine with the ability to scale, which contains pieces of our source code.

Then we place it in a server

This can be under your desk, on any cloud (AWS, Google, Azure, etc), a remote island, you name it.

You hold the key to your data

Your data sites in a lock-box that you control. Our access is limited to updates.

WE DO NOT KEEP, STORE, OR ACCESS YOUR DATA.

Software as a Service

Algo optimization.

Custodianship

Unlike most software companies, OptiMargin obsessively avoids holding, hoarding, or storing user data; we treat data as a liability rather than an asset.

Access

We systematically avoid having internal access to customer data; we push markets to update user data, but hermetically close ourselves off access or pulling user data otherwise; akin to someone that is allowed to deposit a check at a bank, but cannot access transactions, deposit, balance of user or otherwise have access to the account.
